The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Head of Performance to lead and scale our global digital acquisition strategy. The role combines strong performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of brand and customer mindset - ensuring every ad and landing page converts while maintaining a premium, non-salesy feel.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Global Growth Strategy
Own and scale the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate) with a strong focus on international markets.
  • Manage and Optimize Budgets
Plan, allocate, and scale marketing budgets, optimizing for key metrics such as LTV:CAC, ROAS, and overall profitability.
  • Bridge Data and Creative
Work closely with creative and content teams, translating performance data into actionable insights and briefs. Ensure campaigns are both high-performing and visually aligned with the brand.
  • Lead On-Site CRO
Own the post-click experience. Lead A/B testing across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates and increase AOV.
  • Align Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate with teams such as merchandising, CRM/retention, and creative to ensure campaigns align with product launches, inventory, and overall business goals.
  • Build the Analytics Engine
Establish a structured testing framework and reporting system. Provide clear, actionable insights on performance, attribution, and customer behavior.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership, with at least 3+ years specifically in fashion, affordable luxury, or premium DTC e-commerce.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in scaling Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping), TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate networks.
  • Technical Acumen: Advanced proficiency with GA4, Shopify Plus, data visualization tools, and modern attribution models. You know how to read the data beyond the last-click attribution.
