The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Head of Performance to lead and scale our global digital acquisition strategy. The role combines strong performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of brand and customer mindset - ensuring every ad and landing page converts while maintaining a premium, non-salesy feel.

- Manage and Optimize Budgets
- Bridge Data and Creative
- Lead On-Site CRO
- Align Cross-Functional Teams
- Build the Analytics Engine
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership, with at least 3+ years specifically in fashion, affordable luxury, or premium DTC e-commerce.
- Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in scaling Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping), TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliate networks.
- Technical Acumen: Advanced proficiency with GA4, Shopify Plus, data visualization tools, and modern attribution models. You know how to read the data beyond the last-click attribution.
- A Strategic Operator: You can zoom out to build a 12-month growth forecast and zoom in to troubleshoot a failing ad set.
- Commercially Driven: You treat the company's marketing budget like it's your own money, constantly seeking efficiency and profitable scale.
- A Clear Communicator: You can translate complex data into plain English for creative teams and executives alike.
- Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly when platform algorithms or market conditions change.
