Job description:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, affiliates, social media, and email marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is nice to have
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, is nice to have
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, affiliates, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Passion for driving growth in a competitive and fast-paced industry.

Experience in the car shipping brokerage industry is a plus.
