We are currently looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure to join the team!

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Infrastructure department, including IT Asset & Service Management, Digital Workplace, as well as Cloud and Datacenter Management
• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable infrastructure operations while continuously driving operational excellence across all IT infrastructure domains
• Build and establish the organization in Sofia and, after six months, take leadership of the team in Germany; shape and evolve the organization and its operating model over the coming years
• Drive and deliver strategic initiatives within IT Infrastructure, including Cloud, Datacenter, and Digital Workplace strategies
• Lead and develop an international team of 15+ professionals, with a focus on scaling the organization and supporting a global footprint across the US and Asia
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001, ISO9001, and ISO45001 standards, including ownership of related audits
• Manage and oversee the IT Infrastructure OPEX and CAPEX budgets

Your Profile

• Proven track record in building and scaling IT organizations while achieving operational excellence
• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, either within a corporate environment or an outsourcing organization
• Certified in ITIL or IT4IT frameworks, with solid experience in IT audits, particularly ISO27001
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 20+ people and managing multi-million-euro budgets
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive and resilience to act as a key foundational leader in rebuilding and shaping an IT Infrastructure organization
