Grove Global Consult, a leading consulting and recruitment agency, is seeking a Head of Global Markets to join one of our prestigious clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the team contacts existing clients and offers information, assistance regarding the Company’s products, campaigns, and services.
- Ensures the team promptly addresses queries and provides customer feedback swiftly.
- Is in charge of all non EU regions.
- Explains, trains and ensures that the team is following and knowledgeable in the regulatory demands.
- Ensures that all clients receive high-quality information about the Company’s products and maintains customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that the team is presenting the risks involved in trading to any potential client/existing client that the team will be in communication with.
- Ensures that the team does not give investment advice or offer personal opinions about the financial market to any of the potential/existing clients.
- Ensures that the team does not pressure potential clients/existing clients to deposit funds into their account.
- Ensures that the team does not pressure potential clients/existing clients to trade.
- Ensures that the team is giving correct and fair information, mentioning the source of information.
- Ensures that the team does not communicate in another form (Skype, team viewer, etc.) than phone calls or company’s emails or any other device that the Company will provide.
- Ensures that the team does not promise profits or give assurance that the client can obtain a guaranteed profit.
- Ensures that the team doesn’t use an aggressive language.
- Ensures that the team acts fairly in relation to clients, offers complete information about products, explains and identifies where the client can find the necessary information on the company’s website.
- Completes staff operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees; follows up on work results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
- Establishes personal networks.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing suitable results.
- Helps other departments in constructing a better product and gives feedback once deployed.
