Main responsibilities:
- Partner Network Expansion & Management – identify, onboard, and grow a strong partner network of retailers, merchants, and service providers.
- Brand Positioning & Market Presence – ensure brand consistency and market penetration of the business across all dealer locations.
- Sales Growth & Channel Optimization – drive and exceed sales targets by enhancing partner network performance.
- Strategic Business Initiatives – work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and regional sales leaders to align partner network activities with business objectives.
- Market & Competitor Analysis – conduct research to identify opportunities, understand competitive positioning, and refine pricing and promotional strategies.
- Sales & Loyalty Campaigns – propose and execute promotional campaigns to increase dealer engagement and boost sales.
- Reporting & Business Insights – track and analyze partners performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in managing dealer, partner, or sales networks.
- Proven success in business development, sales activation, and partnership management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills – ability to interpret market data and drive informed business decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills – ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Understanding of the fintech industry and financial products is a plus.
