For one of our clients – a premier technology partner to the gambling industry, backed by more than 25 years of unrivaled international know-how, we are on a lookout for Head of Casino (Hybrid).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of Casino financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budget

control, and content engagement metrics;

• Contribute to shaping and delivering the Casino strategy across Product, Content, and

Operations, acting as a strategic partner to clients;

• Manage and guide the Casino team and day-to-day operational activities to ensure consistent

performance and delivery;

• Prepare, analyse, and present regular financial, budget, and performance updates to senior

leadership and key stakeholders;

• Track and interpret local and global market trends, translating insights into commercially

viable product and content initiatives;

• Build strong platform knowledge to identify, propose, and drive enhancements that improve

player experience and revenue outcomes;

• Maintain high quality standards across Casino products, content, and promotional materials

while managing client relationships effectively.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in online Casino management or a closely related role;
• Strong expertise in casino player behaviour, including slots, live casino, jackpots,

segmentation, and engagement mechanics;

• Demonstrated experience managing external partners such as game studios and content suppliers;
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and communicate

findings using Excel and PowerPoint, excellent English;

• Confident, inclusive leadership style with the ability to work independently and manage

multiple priorities simultaneously;

• Solid understanding of sports betting markets, betting products, industry trends, and

customer retention principles;

• Working knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance standards, combined with

exceptional attention to detail.
