Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of Casino financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budget
- Contribute to shaping and delivering the Casino strategy across Product, Content, and
- Manage and guide the Casino team and day-to-day operational activities to ensure consistent
- Prepare, analyse, and present regular financial, budget, and performance updates to senior
- Track and interpret local and global market trends, translating insights into commercially
- Build strong platform knowledge to identify, propose, and drive enhancements that improve
- Maintain high quality standards across Casino products, content, and promotional materials
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in online Casino management or a closely related role;
- Strong expertise in casino player behaviour, including slots, live casino, jackpots,
- Demonstrated experience managing external partners such as game studios and content suppliers;
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and communicate
- Confident, inclusive leadership style with the ability to work independently and manage
- Solid understanding of sports betting markets, betting products, industry trends, and
- Working knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance standards, combined with
