Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BI Manager to lead our Finance Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI and data analytics, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This role is critical for driving our data-driven strategy and empowering business users with actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of BI analysts, providing guidance on best practices for data modeling, report development, and SQL programming.
• Oversee the design and development of BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, ensuring that they are built according to best practices. This includes optimal use of BI platform features (e.g., Power BI), data modeling, DAX calculations, and report sharing. You will be responsible for the full report development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce naming conventions for database objects (e.g., tables, views, stored procedures, columns) to maintain consistency and readability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation rules within the reporting environment.
• Communicate BI insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. This involves creating compelling presentations and effectively conveying complex information.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of data and analytics for decision-making.
• Participate in the implementation of the BI strategy for the organization This involves identifying opportunities to leverage data for strategic advantage.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across to understand their reporting and analytical needs, translating them into actionable BI projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data/computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of BI tools and technologies, including Power BI, MS SQL Server, Python.
• Experience with data modeling, schema design.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective BI solutions.
