Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Officer will work to provide courteous, efficient service and maximum guest satisfaction as per the standards required by the hotel and in consistency with Global Hyatt Standards. Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookings, arrival and departure times, respond to guest inquiries,
- Provide a swift resolution to guest queries and issues during their stay
- Assist guests with any maintenance or other issues
- Support the guests directly over the phone or in written form
- Apply company standards for dealing with guests and property portfolio
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Customer-oriented
- Good administration and organizational skills
- Analytical person with an eye on detail
- Responsible and mature personality
- Problem solving mindset
- Degree in a relevant subject, preferably Hospitality or Tourism
- Experience in guest interaction in a similar field (face-to-face, phone and e-mail)
