Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new group and event business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and event execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel sales, event management, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
