We’re looking for a Google PPC Specialist with around 1–2 years of hands-on experience who’s excited to join a fast-paced, creative, and data-driven marketing team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-informed decisions to improve ROAS and reduce wasted spend.
- Collaborate with the team on keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting strategies.
- Use tools like Google Ads Editor and AI-powered features (e.g. smart bidding, Performance Max, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and boost performance.
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.) and share insights in clear, actionable reports.
- Keep up with trends and changes in the PPC landscape to help us stay ahead of the curve.
- 1–2 years of experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics for tracking and analysis.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (bidding, targeting, budgets).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to test, learn, and improve.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Editor.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Exposure to other platforms like Bing Ads, native advertising, or Amazon PPC.
