Role Overview: German-Speaking Sales Specialist We are currently looking for a motivated and sales-driven professional to join a fast-growing Shared Service Centre based in Sofia. The company provides customer support and sales services to international clients and offers a dynamic environment with strong growth potential. Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and chat
- Present and promote the company’s products and services
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve/exceed targets
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain long-term relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
- Ensure all interactions are compliant and aligned with company standards
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Very good command of German (C1 or higher)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Previous sales experience (1–2 years minimum)
- Strong sales mindset with focus on results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and opportunity-driven approach
- Customer-oriented with strong retention skills
- Experience in customer support or call center is an advantage
