Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, delivering exceptional support
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value customers by understanding their
- Design and execute tailored engagement and retention strategies using customer data and
- Coordinate exclusive VIP offers, personalized rewards, and bespoke experiences that
- Monitor VIP activity, including gameplay, transactions, and account status, taking timely
- Track key VIP performance indicators such as retention, revenue contribution, and
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in VIP management, account management, CRM, or a similar
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers through
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and translating data into actionable
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customer segmentation tools such as
- Solid understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and data protection regulations, with a
- Confidence working with omnichannel communication tools including email, live chat,
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage, along with
