We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales efficiency, improving processes, and enhancing overall team performance through your expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, data teams, developers, and cross-functional departments to analyze and optimize workflows.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Evaluate sales workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage CRM updates, coordinate with IT for tool integrations, and provide user training to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement through detailed reports.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the deployment of new tools and technologies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Align sales initiatives with broader company objectives and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 1-2 years' experience in the financial markets field.
  • Proven expertise in process optimization, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • BA certification (e.g., IIBA, PMI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FX/CFDs is advantageous
