For one of our clients – well-known company offering services and products in the field of customer experience management. We are looking for motivated, reliable and focused team- players for the role Fully-Remote Support Specialist with Finnish, Dutch or Polish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the company, handling customer inquiries and issues on social media;
• Listen actively and show leadership in resolving customer problems promptly;
• Pay extra attention to sensitive cases;
• Become an expert on our products and understand what customers expect;
• Contribute positively to team spirit and improving our service.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in one of the main languages and English and a team-player attitude;
• Previous customer service experience is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person, with a knack for listening;
• Motivated team-player with a positive attitude
• Organized, reliable, decisive, and analytical;
• Good typing and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
