The Role: As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will actively participate in developing and maintaining modern websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver robust, scalable, and visually engaging solutions. Depending on your experience level, you will have the opportunity to work on new projects, optimize existing platforms, and enhance your technical expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, WordPress (WooCommerce), and Webflow.
• Transform provided designs (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD, etc.) into fully functional and pixel-perfect websites.
• Customize existing sites, implement performance optimizations, and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and support complex functionality within custom projects.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and participate in code reviews.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best development practices.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and technical innovation within the team.

Requirements:

Strong Junior Level:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web development..
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, and WordPress.
• Basic experience with Webflow or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Middle Level:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Solid hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, WordPress (WooCommerce), and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and best coding practices.
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or Carbon Fields.
• Proficiency in creating animations using CSS3 and external libraries (e.g., GSAP, ScrollMagic).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and maintaining hosting environments.
• Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
