Currently, they are launching a brand-new project focused on creating a platform for processing and storing data in cloud related to electrical vehicle chargers. The company is building an entirely new team in Sofia, Bulgaria and we are assisting them with recruiting the first key members. For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced IT professional who will take the position of a:
FULL STACK TEAM LEADER
In this position, you and the team will be responsible for developing an innovative platform from scratch. In addition, you will be involved in managing a completely new team, having the opportunity to interview them before hiring. Last but not least, you will have the autonomy to make decisions regarding workflows and oversee the processes related to product development.

FULL STACK TEAM LEADER
In this position, you and the team will be responsible for developing an innovative platform from scratch. In addition, you will be involved in managing a completely new team, having the opportunity to interview them before hiring. Last but not least, you will have the autonomy to make decisions regarding workflows and oversee the processes related to product development.
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer;
- Previous experience as a Lead Developer or a Team/Technical Lead is a must;
- Proficiency in Go/Golang;
- Experience with Python, and expertise in ML/AI technologies;
- Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture;
- Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue3 and Angular;
- Experience with Postgres, TimescaleDB, and Redis;
- Proven track record in API integration;
- Familiarity with Capacitor and some experience with Android and iOS-based applications will be an advantage.
