Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full-Stack Engineer to join our client’s cutting-edge development team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing applications, optimizing software architecture, and integrating AI tools to enhance development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Leverage tools such as Cursor, Devin, Replit, Windsurf, and Claude to streamline development processes.
• Exhibit deep proficiency in coding fundamentals, including application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-assisted development tools into the software lifecycle.
• Optimize front-end and application workflows using AI-driven automation.
• Experiment with and integrate emerging AI tools to improve full-stack development processes.
• Troubleshoot and refine application logic, user experience, and interface performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong programming expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte).
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted development tools and their integration into modern full-stack applications.
• Industry Experience of over 5 years in coding and development
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced code generation, refactoring, and debugging processes.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git/GitHub) and collaborative coding workflows.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and modern application design principles.
• Experience working with cloud environments and deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for optimizing development workflows.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• Experience in AI model fine-tuning and prompt engineering for code generation.
• Familiarity with LLM-based development assistants and their use in optimizing software delivery.
• Background in application deployment and performance optimization.
• Understanding of efficient workflow design for full-stack development.
