WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

...a talented Full Stack Developer to tackle exciting challenges in our newly formed marketing automation team, whose mission is to extend our user network through integration with the main external channels such as Google/Meta to optimise delivery. You will also closely work with core content, another newly formed team whose mission is to source, process, organise and provide content to the rest of the company, leveraging generative AI and other exciting technologies.

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

• As a Senior Backend Developer, you will actively find the right tradeoffs to bring new features in production securely, reliably and effectively with attention on performance and constant improvement as well as cost optimization.
• You will work inside a small and cohesive group with other developers with different experiences and as a senior team member you are expected to lead the most junior developers and help them grow professionally. The same is also expected from peers: we think everyone should contribute to the collective advancement of the team.
• In addition to your backend and full stack colleagues, you will also work in a multidisciplinary and independent team alongside with product, design, QA automation experts, data engineers and scientists in a multicultural and diverse environment. The ability to relate and productively work with people with different backgrounds and expertise is needed, as well as the ability to challenge requests if needs be.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Knowledge of PHP and MVC framework (Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP etc.)
• Node.js (plus: on AWS Lambda).
• SQL and NoSQL approach.
• Knowledge of the Design Pattern concepts and SOLID principles.
• Experience in using AWS infrastructure.
• DevOps approach.
• Experience in working in diverse and multicultural teams in an agile environment
• Experience in working and relating with stakeholders and coordination.
• Very good in English, mandatory due to the international background of the company.
