Frontline Coordinator with English
Spirit of the role:
- Process inbound and outbound calls with business customers;
- Advise customers on behalf of the respective Accenture client;
- Interact with customers via various methods of communication;
- Update the respective records in the system of the client;
- Educate customers in using cloud based platform for online procurement;
- In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
- For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules;
- Meet or exceed Accenture's key performance standards and quality objectives.
- Fluency in English;
- Team player across boarders;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Results-driver with action orientation.
