Front Office Team Leader

Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager – Front Office the Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day running of the front office operations. He/she will oversee all the front office operations including managing employees, ensuring product and service standards are met to implement and maintain procedures for maximum operating efficiency and guests’ satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager – Front Office the Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day running of the front office operations. He/she will oversee all the front office operations including managing employees, ensuring product and service standards are met to implement and maintain procedures for maximum operating efficiency and guests’ satisfaction.
Daily tasks:
- Meet guests and ensure his/her team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations
- Supervise and perform all front office services by making sure that these services are available and carried out with utmost efficiency
- Lead, develop and support the associates in the team
- Coach employees in customer service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationship
- Ensure that service and other standards are adhered to
- Ensure that the team is trained in product knowledge, all hotel facilities and activities
- Ensure that front office employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments
- Ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress, appearance and conduct are met
- Responds to changes in the front office functions as dictated by the industry, company and hotel
- Successful track record and experience in front office operations
- Service and guest satisfaction-oriented personality
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership skills, effective communication, and effectiveness in providing exceptional customer service
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Must be an advanced user of MS Office programs. Having Opera or other hospitality systems knowledge will be an advantage
- Fluent Bulgarian language
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential for this role
