For our company, we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face of our client’s office. If you enjoy meeting new people, supporting colleagues, and helping the office run smoothly, this is a great opportunity to join a warm and supportive work environment where your contributions truly matter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact by warmly welcoming visitors and ensuring they are guided to
the right person or area;
  • Handle incoming phone calls efficiently and connect callers with the appropriate contacts;
  • Manage email and phone inquiries promptly, ensuring clear and timely communication;
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time;
  • Create a positive first impression by maintaining a polished, professional, and approachable
front-desk presence;
  • Coordinate appointments and oversee meeting room scheduling to support smooth daily operations;
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records while providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with a good eye for structure and detail;
  • A team-oriented mindset, with readiness to help and collaborate with others;
  • Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment;
  • Reliable, well-organized, and calm when working under pressure;
  • Open to learning new responsibilities and adapting quickly to change.
  • Solid computer skills, including basic to intermediate use of MS Office tools.
