The Front Desk Manager holds a key position in the clinic and plays a vital role in the success of our business. We are looking for a Front Desk Manager who will ensure that patients feel welcome and have a pleasant, comfortable experience during their visit to the clinic.

The Front Desk Manager holds a key position in the clinic and plays a vital role in the success of our business. We are looking for a Front Desk Manager who will ensure that patients feel welcome and have a pleasant, comfortable experience during their visit to the clinic.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensuring a high-quality patient journey from check-in to check-out
- Assisting with the coordination of appointments, schedules, and treatment plans in collaboration with the medical staff
- Supporting the onboarding process and professional growth of new team members in the Reception department
- Providing hands-on support by stepping in for absent colleagues to maintain uninterrupted service
- Verifying patient payments and contributing to financial monitoring processes
- Communicating and applying procedural updates when adjustments to treatment plans occur
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
- Creating and updating Excel-based reports and data tables to keep management informed about patient services and clinic performance
- Responding to patient inquiries, proactively addressing needs, and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Delivering personalized support to patients with special needs (e.g., elderly, individuals with disabilities, children, VIP clients)
- Gathering and evaluating patient feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Solid background in administrative roles such as Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Manager, or a comparable position, with 3–5 years of experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other EU languages is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to the clinic’s dynamic scheduling needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
