Role Overview: French-Speaking Sales Specialist We are currently looking for a motivated and sales-driven professional to join a fast-growing Shared Service Centre based in Sofia. The company provides customer support and sales services to international clients and offers a dynamic environment with strong growth potential. About the Company Our client is a rapidly expanding Shared Service Centre in Sofia, supporting international markets through high-quality customer experience and sales solutions. The team is growing, and we are looking for someone who is eager to build strong client relationships and contribute to business success. Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and chat
- Present and promote the company’s products and services
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve/exceed targets
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain long-term relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
- Ensure all interactions are compliant and aligned with company standards
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Very good command of French (C1 or higher)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Previous sales experience (1–2 years minimum)
- Strong sales mindset with focus on results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and opportunity-driven approach
- Customer-oriented with strong retention skills
- Experience in customer support or call center is an advantage
