For their Commercial Department, together with them, we are looking to recruit motivated and loyal professionals who will join the team in the position of:

French-Speaking Customer Support & Back Office Coordinator

In this role, you will manage back-office operations, handle customers' communication, deliver customer support, and assist both the finance and sales teams.

Required skills, experience, and knowledge:

  • Proven professional experience in Back Office Operations, Sales Support, and/or Customer Support roles;
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
  • Excellent command of French (B2-C1 level) and a solid working level of English (B2 or higher);
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
  • Familiar with CRM systems; knowledge of SAP and Odoo is highly advantageous;
  • Well-organized person with a proactive and team-oriented mindset;
