Freight Forwarder with Polish

Key Responsibilities:

· Participates in the organization of international road transport

· Communicates with hauliers from Poland in logistic related matters

· Negotiates prices and conditions with polish hauliers

· Monitors the smooth running of arranged transport and solves problems that arise during shipments execution

· Maintains operational contacts with the company's counterparties such as - Business Development Managers and other company's counterparties

· Тracks and processes transport-related documents

· Performs other activities as per the requirements of the department.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of relevant experience in the field of road freight/ transport & logistics

· Fluency in Polish and English language

· Good command in Bulgarian language would be considered as advantage

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

· Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to successfully communicate proposals

· Effective organizational skills.

· Ability to make effective decisions under pressure

· Previous experience in transport & logistics sector would be considered as strong advantage
