For one of our trusted partners, we are looking for a: Freight Forwarder - Ocean Transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Retain and grow relationships with existing clients and subcontractors
• Identify and attract potential customers; prepare service offers and quotations
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes – from booking to final delivery and payment
• Communicate with shipping agents, carriers, and logistics partners worldwide
• Ensure full client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
• Comply with internal procedures and international freight forwarding standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant freight forwarding experience
• Excellent command of English – written and spoken
• Strong computer literacy
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, customs, and logistics documentation
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, teamwork, and initiative
