FP&A Lead (PTP)

As an FP&A Lead, you’ll:
Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, delivering actionable insights, supporting business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align financial objectives and drive value creation.
Our new team member needs to:
Have a university degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Possess strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Ideally be experienced in ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Have excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Bring at least few years of relevant experience, ideally within FMCG or a multinational company
Demonstrate leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Show a collaborative and results-driven mindset
You can be successful in this role if:
You lead the preparation and consolidation of financial budgets and forecasts with precision and timeliness
You provide data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions
You analyze trends and variances, offering actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
You collaborate with business units and senior stakeholders to align on financial goals and initiatives
You drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, adopting innovative tools and best practices
You ensure compliance with IFRS standards, internal controls, and external regulations
You support business transformation projects by delivering financial expertise and solutions
