Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with an assigned portfolio of international clients
• Provide structured guidance on platform use and market-related information
• Maintain consistent follow-up and service quality
• Identify client objectives and ensure relevant, compliant support
• Participate in retention strategy through professional relationship-building
• Monitor market conditions and global economic developments

• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation package available if needed

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Forex/Crypto Retention / Account Management or financial sales support
• Previous experience in Retention is mandatory (at least 5-6 months);
• Experience within a regulated brokerage environment is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and a disciplined work approach
