Key Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains vehicles and equipment including trucks and motoric company cars in country with big market and high turnover and profit.
- Cooperates with external companies operating leasing and car rental services.
- Schedules maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
- Prepares regular reports, inspection findings and ensures proper vehicle maintenance to comply with required safety regulations.
- Develops fleet replacement plans and designs specifications for vehicle usage requisitions.
- Negotiates vehicle and/or equipment purchasing conditions considering other functions and its operation.
- Optimises, monitors and reports the fleet related costs (fuel, parking, maintenance, repair, GPS system, fees of road usage, insurances, utilities).
- Participates actively in company wide and Supply programs and initiatives.
- Develops a strategy for decreasing vehicle and operating cost and create or anticipate the company fleet policy.
- Takes responsibility for allocating respective resources, ensuring that all services are fully covered all time.
- Manages, coaches, motivates, and develops all employees within the respective Business Unit.
- Develops and monitors service level and operational agreements and other KPI’s and aligns on appropriate actions if figures are not met.
- Appropriate education;
- Previous experience in the same or similar position - minimum 5 years;
- Excellent command of English;
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Active driver - category B;
