Fluent in either French or German AND English, you will have a key role ensuring seamless communication between our client's financial partners and their customers . Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance via phone and email.
• Utilize your language proficiency in either French & English or German & English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Fluency in either French or German is essential
• Excellent level of English
