For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Financial Technology Support Advisor with Swedish or Norwegian or Danish and English (PTE/FTE).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support via email, chat, and phone;
- Resolve customer inquiries and product-related issues efficiently;
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical challenges;
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure full satisfaction;
- Relay customer insights and suggestions to product and tech teams;
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented tone at all times.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian, or Danish, plus strong English skills;
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tech or fintech is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Clear communicator who can explain complex matters simply;
- Self-driven and organized, able to multitask effectively;
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts to meet customer needs.
