For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist in Financial Technology with Norwegian or Danish and English (Part-time or Full-time).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and phone communication;
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues related to our products and services;
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and help them overcome technical difficulties;
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with the product and tech teams;
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Norwegian or Danish, as well as English (both written and spoken);
- Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or fintech company;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail;
- Clear and effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex topics for customers;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks;
- Open to working flexible hours and different shifts based on customer demands.
