We are looking for a motivated Financial Sales Specialist (Polish-speaking) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business growth through effective lead generation and strategic sales approaches. This is an exciting opportunity to excel in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of finance.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm; Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Proactively drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques and strategic sales initiatives
- Client Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying customer needs through active listening and tailored consultation
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Market Awareness: Stay current with market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and client consultations
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a related field
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Polish and English
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CFD (Contract for Difference) trading techniques and regulations, with additional knowledge in cryptocurrency trading strategies
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly
- Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced settings and effectively manages deadlines
