For one of our trusted clients - international manufacturing company, leader in the flexible printing industry, we are looking for professional Finance Manager to cover the position while the current Manager is on maternity leave.
Your tasks/responsibilities:
- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
- Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
- Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of a company's capital investments. This includes evaluating potential investment opportunities, developing financial models, and monitoring the financial performance of projects.
- Playing a key role in making strategic decisions about how capital is allocated to ensure long-term financial health and growth.
- Analyzing proposed capital investment projects to determine their viability, conducting in-depth risk assessments and calculating potential returns for each one.
- Minimizing risks and ensuring the best possible decisions are made for future company’s growth.
- Financial Manager with experience in an international company preferable in Manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field with strong understanding of accounting principles and practice.
- Previous experience with Capital Investment projects is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English language.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge and experience of international accounting standards is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong finance and accounting background showing aptitude for understanding complex financial structures and translating into meaningful business drivers.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Exceptionally detail oriented, with insight to determine applicability of big picture analysis and obsessing over details for accuracy.
