We are currently seeking a Financial Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global clients — responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and one-call resolutions to account-specific inquiries.
This is not a scripted support role — it requires active listening, strong problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our financial products and platforms to deliver end-to-end support.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Provide exceptional client service by resolving account-specific issues efficiently, often within a single interaction.
- Manage inquiries across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat) in a professional and client-focused manner.
- Execute account-related transactions and tasks with accuracy and compliance.
- Guide clients on the use of financial products, such as CFDs, Listed Stocks, and Crypto wallets.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role in the financial Industry, preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
