We are currently seeking a Financial Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing clients with over managing accounts, handling transactions, and resolving inbound queries. The role involves working directly with our global clients to understand their financial needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients in opening new accounts, managing account balances, and processing transactions
- Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by the company included but not limited to Shares, Cryptocurrencies, Commodities, Stock Indices and Forex etc.
- Offer guidance on navigating trading platforms as well as clients online portals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during all interactions with clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- Fluency in English
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role preferred but not necessary
- Strong knowledge of industry products such Shares, Stock Indices, Cryptos and commodities etc.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy

As a Financial Service Representative, you will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with our clients. Your expertise will help them navigate their trading experiences confidently and ensure satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm; Hybrid: 3 days in-office.
