Financial Analyst Manufacturing
As a Financial Analyst – Manufacturing at Coca-Cola HBC, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will span across managing, planning and reporting of manufacturing costs, supporting period-end closing activities, and analyzing production cost metrics. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable business growth. KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Production Overhead Financial Analysis. Prepare comprehensive cost analysis of locally produced and imported products, identifying key efficiency and productivity drivers, cost challenges, highlighting trends, variance drivers, and actionable insights.
Financial Assessment: Collaborate with x-functional teams on preparation of financial assessments of import/export/production business cases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Financial Planning and Forecasting. Support annual business planning process and quarterly rolling estimations with focus on production overheads per plant/category, efficiencies and productivity initiatives and ad-hoc business case simulations.
Period-End Financial Reporting. Support period-end close activities by ensuring all relevant data is accurately reflected in the P&L statements.
KEY COMPETENCES AND ATTRIBUTES:
Experience: At least 2 years in finance, accounting, reporting, or business analytics roles.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see beyond the numbers and provide insights that align with long-term business goals.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and influence without authority.
Competencies: Detail-oriented, analytical thinking, adaptable under pressure. Understanding of Financial Reporting standards.
