In connection with the company’s continuous growth, we are looking to expand our Finance & Accounting team with a motivated and experienced FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND ACCOUNTING CONTROL EXPERT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly financial analyses and reports for the management team;
• Analyze revenues, expenses, balances, deviations, and key financial indicators;
• Support the annual budgeting process by collecting, checking, and analyzing financial data;
• Perform operational control of accounting balances and verify the accuracy of financial and accounting information;
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, and deviations in accounting data and escalate them when needed;
• Monitor loans, leases, bank limits, repayments, and related financial obligations;
• Maintain communication with banks and support the preparation of required financial information;
• Support the accounting team when needed, including processing financial transactions and primary accounting documents;
• Contribute to the improvement of reporting, control, and financial analysis processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a similar financial function;
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Very good knowledge of Excel and ability to work confidently with financial data;
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems;
• Good understanding of accounting operations, balances, financial reports, and primary accounting documents;
• Knowledge of the Bulgarian Accounting Act and National Accounting Standards;
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail;
• Ability to identify errors, deviations, and risks in financial data;
• Good organization skills and ability to work with deadlines;
• Working level of English will be considered an advantage.
