For our customer а dynamic, fast-growing company in the printing industry, we are looking for an experienced

Financial Accountant,

who would be a valuable team member, pro-active, accountable, reliable, able to prioritise work, who possess excellent communication skills and works well under pressure. We are looking for people who think outside the box and can contribute to a successful workplace for everyone.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices onto the system;
• Preparing and processing electronic bank transfers and payments;
• Performing monthly reconciliations of vendors accounts;
• Resolving any invoice discrepancies or other issues with suppliers;
• Submitting VAT returns and VIES declarations on a monthly basis;
• Dealing with customs agency, processing import invoices and customs declarations;
• Responsible for WIP and other expense recharges;
• Producing monthly reports and ad-hoc reports for Management;
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing of the books;
• Providing supporting documentation for external audits;
• Submitting reports to NSI and BNB;
• Maintaining accurate accounting records.

Main Requirements:

• Еxperience with financial accounts or general accounting preferably in the Manufacturing sector.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge and experience of international accounting standards is a plus.
• Able to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
• Proactive problem solver with good prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
