In this role, you’ll help us track our performance, manage budgets, and ensure our payroll runs smoothly. You won’t just be crunching numbers, you’ll be helping our leaders make smart decisions with the data you provide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models and data analysis to support business growth;
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes while monitoring KPIs and variance trends;
• Partner with departments to identify cost drivers and operational efficiencies;

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred;
• 2+ years of proven track record in a finance, accounting, or payroll-focused role;
• High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling;
• Strong analytical mindset, close attention to detail, and excellent communication skills;
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA) or experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an advantage;
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
