We are looking to expand our team in Bulgaria and we are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Sofia team!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A),

budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting & payroll.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive

strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial models to support business decisions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight trends, and analyse variances
• Work closely with departments to understand cost drivers and identify efficiencies
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management
• Maintain and improve financial tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in systems and reports
• Oversees the payrol process
• Collaborate with HR or payroll teams to ensure payroll accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting/payroll role
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modelling
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of payroll processes and accounting treatment
• Experience working with payroll systems or supporting payroll reconciliation is a strong

plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial industry
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
