Role Description:
Quality House seeks a skilled Finance Administrator for a full-time on-site role in our Sofia office. The scope of the job activities is mainly in the field of administration and finance. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, HR, CTO, CFO and CEO. Direct management from the CFO. The Finance Administrator will work closely with other business units to ensure excellent financial management within the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Office Administration & Office Maintanence Billing &AP Expense Administration & AR Monthly check of timesheets Involved in ERP Integration Support for HR Department, when needed
Qualifications:
At least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent English language Experience with local tax laws and compliance requirements The scope of the job activities is mainly in the field of administration and finance.
