Main responsibilities:

• Installation: Installing new equipment or machinery at customer sites according to specifications and guidelines. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks, inspections, and preventive

maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably;

• Repair: Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, and implementing appropriate repairs or replacements to minimize downtime;
• Training: Providing training to customers on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques;
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service visits, repairs, and equipment status. This

may involve completing service reports, updating manuals, and documenting any modifications or upgrades;

• Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner;
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols during installation, maintenance, and repair activities;

Our requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering;
• Proficiency in understanding technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong knowledge of relevant software applications and diagnostic tools such as test equipment, troubleshooting equipment;
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying technical information to clients and colleagues;
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments and schedules.
• Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is crucial for accurately diagnosing problems, following

procedures, and ensuring quality workmanship;

• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to prioritize

tasks and meet service deadlines effectively;

• Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members, such as engineers, technicians, and customer

service representatives, to address complex issues and deliver comprehensive solutions;

• Any certifications from relevant organizations or manufacturers may be in advance. Certifications in specific equipment or technologies like PLCs, HVAC, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS or MEDICAL equipment could be advantageous;
• Readiness for frequent business trips;
