A day in the life of Talents Acquisition Specialist ….
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and analyze the staffing needs, position specifications and search criteria at Sofia Factory;
- Create and post job announcements both internally and externally across multiple job channels;
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications;
- Organize newcomers onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company;
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events to attract and engage potential candidates;
- Be an effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties;
- Perform additional administrative duties and participate in various HR projects.
What will make you successful ….
- Previous experience in recruitment process, preferably in manufacturing environment;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects at once;
- Experience in Success Factors will be considered as an advantage;
- Good English literacy (min B2) and knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytic skills, team player
