We are looking for Facilities management Expert

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for DSK’s Real estate maintenance and cleaning
• Responsible to cover various requests in order to ensure excellent working environment at best price;
• Implements changes in order to meet the requirements of the environment;
• Implements internal procedures in the field of facility management;
• Provide guidance and directions to subcontractors for successful implementation of maintenance plans utilizing tools such as the company’s ERP system;
• Ensuring the buildings meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
• Execution of yearly maintenance program;
• Vendors evaluation and KPI monitoring;
• Calculating and comparing costs for required services to achieve maximum value for money;
• Participation in tenders for goods and services;
• Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization;
• Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources of the premises;
• Checking that agreed work has been completed satisfactorily by contractors and following up on any deficiencies;
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
• Efficient management, organization and supervision of all phases of the investment projects – initial and technical design, implementation and clients handover of completed projects related to real estate construction, refurbishment and maintenance in own and leased buildings and premises of DSK Bank’s branch network, Head Quarters and subsidiaries.

Ideal candidate have:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction
• At least 2-year practical experience in relevant to the position sphere
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in construction and maintenance including interior design
• Advanced computer literacy – M365 functionalities and Apps, AutoCad
• Good command of English
• Driving license and personal vehicle
