F&B Coordinator - We are looking for you!

Daily responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact for all F&B outlets and assist in daily coordination of operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute F&B reports, memos, minutes of meetings, schedules, and correspondences.
  • Support the Operations Manager in monitoring departmental performance and revenue reports.
  • Assist in coordinating special events, promotions and other functions.
  • Prepare and maintain updated records of staff attendance, duty rosters, training, and leave schedules.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all F&B policies, procedures, licenses, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Marketing agency and other departments for requisitions, invoices, cost control and internal marketing.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and ensure proper communication with the concerned outlets for improvements.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. HACCP records monitoring and daily control.
  • Cash flow checks and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Job expectations:
  • Responsible attitude towards the work;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Positive, kind, energetic and friendly personality;
  • Pro-activeness and initiative;
  • Knowledge and experience in food and beverage industry (restaurants, bars, coffee shops, fast food..etc.) is a plus , but not required.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and regulations is a plus, but not required.
The work location:
  • Sofia, Sofia International Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
(Easy transport from/to the metro station, Bus transport 84)
