External HR Processes Specialist (4 months contract)
Team: People Services
Contract: Temporary, 4 months
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks timely and accurately to next tier of specialists.
Identify problem areas in the process and work with the team to generate solutions.
Ensure that supporting documentation needed for daily processing of all processes in scope, is signed according to local legal requirements.
Build effective relations with co-workers, managers, and countries’ HR departments of Coca-Cola Hellenic.
Effectively uses company's systems and resources and contributes to continues improvement initiatives (e.g., Coca-Cola's policies and procedures).
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Customer service or HR experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel is an advantage
Strong interest in the area of Human Resources
University Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related subject would be a plus
Knowledge of SAP or Workday would be an advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player, proactive & result driven
