Understanding the unique payroll and administration needs of different departments, you'll become their go-to expert for payroll & admin-related matters, offering guidance and support.

This position is ideal for someone who can effectively balance payroll and project management with a hands-on approach. What you'll be doing:

• Actively participate in the entire employee lifecycle, including coordination and preparation of labor contracts, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
• Process and calculate employee wages and subcontractors commissions;
• Initiate and Perform cross-functional projects;
• Identify opportunities for process optimization;
• Closely collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (ex. Ops, Finance, Sales etc.)
