Understanding the unique payroll and administration needs of different departments, you'll become their go-to expert for payroll & admin-related matters, offering guidance and support.

What you'll be doing:
- Actively participate in the entire employee lifecycle, including coordination and preparation of labor contracts, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
- Process and calculate employee wages and subcontractors commissions;
- Initiate and Perform cross-functional projects;
- Identify opportunities for process optimization;
- Closely collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (ex. Ops, Finance, Sales etc.)
- University degree;
- Excellent computer literacy – Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Self-driven and highly organized personality;
- Persistent mindset, proactive and positive approach;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity;
