For our Division we are currently looking for a Expert Credit policy, quality control and system innovations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participation in the process of controlling decisions made in relation to the credit assessment of clients when applying for credit products (secured and unsecured), processed by the "Underwriting”, "Risk" Sector, as well as compliance with all internal procedures.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Participation in the process of controlling decisions made in relation to the credit assessment of clients when applying for credit products (secured and unsecured), processed by the "Underwriting” Dept, "Risk" Sector, as well as compliance with all internal procedures;
• Preparing proposals for changes in the training material (Training manuals) depending on the need;
• Participates and performs checks in acceptance tests of new functionalities in the application banking system;
• Participates (proposes for signing) credit criteria for an automated decision in the Bank's tools (Decision Engine Tool and in the Bank's application system);
• Makes proposals for improvements in working methods;
• Organizes and assists in conducting training for employees in the subsection;
• Performs other ad hoc tasks, additionally assigned by the Senior Team Leader "Credit Policy, Quality Control and Systems Innovation ", Head of the "Credit Policy and Quality Control" Section, Head of the "Risk Management" Department and/or Head of Risk Management and Control Division".

JOB MEASUREMENTS

• Logical and analytical thinking;
• Creation/ preparation/ modification of sample test scenarios in connection with new and/or existing developments;
• Cooperation and good communication with other employees from the Retail Banking sector;
• Accuracy and precision in proposing, implementing, controlling credit policies for lending purposes, both by experts and systematically;
• Successful completion of individual tasks and projects within the specified deadlines;
• All competencies and criteria set in the credit assessment system.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent command of grammatically correct Bulgarian – written and spoken;
• Very good level of command of English – written and spoken;
• Very good computer literacy with Microsoft Office package.
