We are looking for Expert, Client Activation and Portfolio Growth, a commercially driven professional to lead initiatives that grow client activity, improve package penetration, increase fee income, and support deposit growth across the Small Business segment.
This role sits at the intersection of product management, pricing, campaigns, digital onboarding, and client engagement. The person in this position will take ownership of the full client lifecycle logic: from new client activation, to package upgrade, to retention and deeper engagement. You will play a central role in turning new client acquisition into active relationships, increasing the adoption of digital channels, and improving the commercial performance of our portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
- Drive the activation of newly acquired clients, with strong focus on early usage and 90-day activity
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve penetration of onboarding offers and migration to higher plans
- Design and manage upsell, retention, and engagement actions for existing clients
- Plan and coordinate direct CRM campaigns through SMS, Viber, e-mail, and other channels
- Monitor the performance of digitally onboarded clients and identify actions to improve conversion and activation
- Prepare business cases, performance tracking, and recommendations based on KPI analysis
- Support training efforts by preparing materials and participating in rollout and communication to the sales network
You will be expected to contribute to measurable improvement in:
- acquisition and activation of new clients
- 90-day activity of newly onboarded clients
- upsell from entry offers to higher-value plans
- retention and engagement of clients on preferential and individual offers
- increase share of digitally onboarded customers
- Experience in banking, payments, telecom, FMCG, or another data-driven commercial environment is considered an advantage but is not mandatory
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, campaigns, pricing, and portfolio growth
- Ability to translate business goals into concrete actions and measurable results
- Comfortable working with KPIs, performance analysis, and commercial reporting
- Strong coordination skills across product, sales, digital, and support functions
- Hands-on mindset: able to move from idea to execution without excessive complexity
- Experience with digital onboarding, mobile adoption, CRM campaigns, or customer engagement initiatives is a strong advantage
- Experience in project work or systems-related change is an advantage
